Meet the person behind Freedom Boss

I’m Cheri Millgate, the founder of Freedom Boss.

For the past 17 years, I have worked closely with business coaches and business owners. During that time, I have seen first hand how much pressure business owners carry behind the scenes.

They are often the person making the decisions, supporting the team, speaking to clients, managing suppliers, checking the finances, thinking about marketing, and trying to keep everything moving forward.

Even when a business is growing, the owner can still feel as though everything comes back to them.

After helping to run Andy Sleet’s business and supporting almost every area outside of the coaching itself, I realised how valuable it can be for a business owner to have the right person beside them.

Someone who understands the bigger picture.

Someone who can take ideas out of the owner’s head and help turn them into action.

Someone who can provide structure, follow through and practical support without needing to be employed full time.

That is why I created Freedom Boss.
